It was a sparkling new hotel with beautiful architecture and interior design. Landscaping was still being completed but no doubt it will be stunning as the rest of the hotel. The Moroccan style ryad-like suites are so charming and so comfortable and private too. The lofty beds and plush pillow were extremely supportive and luxurious. What a great, exceptional addition to the Kuta, Lombok hospitality landscape.

The villas are really nice, nice design modern and clean. The pool area and open kitchen were great and the bedrooms very comfortable including the open air showers. 15 min walk to kuta town, there also some nice restaurants close by

Could not recommend this place enough. The villa itself was 10/10. Beautiful well maintained and clean area. Little extra perks is that they put a 19L dispenser of bottled water in your kitchen, they bring an afternoon snack every day (coconut or watermelon etc). Location is perfect. Short walk to the main strip. You can book hotels and scooters through Kabila Villas. The staff were also 10/10. Constantly making sure we were happy with everything. So helpful with transfers etc. We rented a scooter through them for 3 days and on the second day they noticed our rear tyre was a little flat. They told us and organized for it to be pumped up; I think this just shows their attentiveness. We were in Bali for 2 weeks and this was our favourite by far. You won’t regret staying here!

Absolutely stunning villa which is very well maintained. The villa is cleaned daily and is of a very high standard with the villa left immaculate, there is also a daily inspection of the pool. There is no onsite restaurant, however the Spanish restaurant next door is very good and delivers straight to your door, as do many of the restaurants in town. I received an unexpected snack each afternoon, ranging from watermelon to chocolate pot dessert which was a lovely surprise. Staff are very friendly and contactable via WhatsApp for any requests or assistance. A beautiful property to escape from the world!

It was a very nice stay! The staff was very helpful and attentive, you could always ask them for advice! The property ist stunning with a clean pool and a small restaurant! The breakfast was very good, you could choose different kinds of eggs or pancakes! The room was nice, new and clean with airconditioning and a terrace. Due to its small size (only 6 rooms), the atmosphere was very familial and the snuggly cat was a nice addition! You can rent a scooter at the property and Kuta is a 15 min drive.

It was exactly the same as in the description. Villa is perfectly good for stay with a family or for 2 couples, cause it’s 2 master bedrooms located opposite sides between a big living room. There is a place to leave a car right in front of the gates. The owner helped a lot with all our needs during the stay.

We had the greatest time staying at The Konkret in Kuta Lombok. The quality of the villas are top level! Also the staff is very helpful and friendly especialy the manager Sudirman. They make you feel save and at home. Have any question? Send them a msg and you get the help you need! Also the place of the villas is located in a secured place just 3 minutes away from the centre of Kuta. Its easy to walk or drive out to get some good food or do whatever. Maybe its a bit more pricey then other places, but its a bang for your buck! They are building up some more stuff around the villas so I guess the place will get even better and better. Big recommendation to The Konkret!

The staff and people are friendly, and the hospitality is great. We also tried their massages and yoga classes, both were excellent. Lastly, the breakfast and ginger tea was delicious. The entry there was free and we were guided by a friendly staff. Everybody speaks fluent English. The bungalow was very lovely, spacious and clean. We had a romantic dinner set up by the pool, which was delicious and the service was great. One night we found gecko poo on the bed which was immediately changed.

The hotel is situated right in front of the beach. The staff is very helpful and attentive. This is a great place and it fits in with the beatiful surroundings and it seems to be a lot more sustainable and climate friendly than the huge resorts popping up further down the coast.

There are a few individual cottages, each with its own colour scheme and design, surrounding a pool in the middle. The room I stayed in was spacious, had a very comfortable king size bed, air-con, and a nice outdoor bathroom. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful for booking transfers. The street is nice and quiet but a short walk from all the restaurants and shops in Kuta. Overall incredible value for what you pay!
