Very spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable for 3-4 people. Very well equipped with independent air conditioning for each room. Perfect if you don't have a a car because there are lots of buses in all directions. You also have access to a very nice garden with two sets of tables, chairs and a small playground for children. Friendly and helpful host.

A splendid and very well maintained house, right in the heart of Cagliari. Spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped with everything you need, as our host Chiara has thought of everything (from all sorts of toiletries to lots of spare towels and kitchenware). Comfortable beds, pillows and nice soft bedlinen. Chiara and Fidel are obviously hard working to achieve that perfect cleanliness throughout the house, and with brilliant clean bathrooms. Everything in the house is in a good working order - from air conditioners (we used the heat mode) to kitchen appliances and washing machine, to bathrooms and everything. There is a new modern heating + hot water system. We stayed for ten days in December there, and it was so nice and warm in late evenings, captivated by the charm of this typical old Sardinian house. Every little detail speaks a lot about Sardinia history and traditions. Fidel says it's all because of Chiara's love of making the house homely and cozy. Chiara and Fidel are an amazing couple! Very hospitable and caring. We were welcomed very friendly, with a drink and appetizers. And they left food and drinks for us in the fridge. We most liked the Italian style espresso coffee machine that starts singing when coffee gets ready. And we also enjoyed the fresh pastries which Chiara had ordered for us and we took them every morning from the Manuel pasticceria just on the opposite. Our hosts don't speak English but thanks to the Translate app we had great communication with them. Chiara kept in touch with us through WhatsApp all the time. She told us a lot of useful information as well as interesting facts about the history and traditions of their land. She was actually our tour guide. San Benedetto Market is just two minutes walk. There are lots of shops, cafeterias and pizzerias just a stone throw of the house. After all, we had a great stay here and would love to visit Cagliari again, and stay again in the Casa dell'Artista, of course!

Absolutely exceptional. Beautiful location, in the heart of the historic center of Cagliari, a stone's throw from the city's major attractions, museums, churches, shops of all kinds, countless bars and restaurants. The house has been recently renovated with a large kitchen entrance with smart TV, the room is very quiet despite the house overlooking a street frequented by passers-by and with bars nearby but once the door is closed it is very quiet, the mattress is then really comfortable. Nice completely new bathroom with large shower. The owner was very kind, helpful and very nice. Really recommended!

Its new and very cosy. Very clean, smells very nice. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment has all the utilities. The owners are very nice and responsive, they text back immediately if you need something. Would stay again :)

The house was beautiful and the area was quiet and nice with pleasant neighbors. Close to both a smaller beach and a restaurant. Even though the apartment was a bit outside the city, it was worth living there as there was a bus stop by the road outside the house. The house itself was fresh and clean with the equipment and stuff needed.

It's like a home away from home, fully equipped kitchen and laundry too.it is a very quiet, pleasant neighborhood close to major bus routes M and 15.

The host was very kind and quick to reply to any questions we had during our stay. The host was also accommodating to our arrival and departure times. The apartment itself was amazing, it was clean, it was nice and it was beautiful. The apartment had all the things we needed for our one week stay. It had lots of extra towels, pillows and sheets. The kitchen was full of all the equipment we needed to cook meals for 4 people. And then there is the balcony with the most amazing view, it was so nice to sit there in the evenings and have a quiet drink and just look at the amazing view and regularly see flocks of flamingo fly in front of us. There is air conditioning all over the apartment which keeps the apartment cool even when there is a heatwave outside. The apartment has street parking, and if it is full then there is a huge parking lot right behind the building on the street behind it and there is always available spaces there. Location is central, within walking distance to some seriously delicious pizza and gelato stops.

Host Luca was amazing. At the first night we managed to lock ourselves out the apartment with all of our stuff inside. Finally we got a hold of Luc. Our nice neighbour Nikola helped us, and finally Luca came to rescue. He was really chill about the whole situation and we were really relieved. He also left a good wine for us and gave us good recommendations where we should go visit and where we could rent a boat etc. Everything after that went smoothly and we had no problems. The apartment is located in the old town and everything is very close by. Would recommend to use GPS maybe on the first day but every street is connected to the main area so you can go what ever street and end up on the main square, where all the shopping and dining places are. The apartment was cozy and equipped with everything you need. Train station and bus station is very close, and the tickets are very cheap, bus ticket was about 3,30€ and train ticket was 1,40€. We took the train back to airport and it was only 5 min. Save your money on taxi and trasfer cars and take the train to the airport.
