From the upper terrace there is a view of a very well-kept garden with a swimming pool and lemon trees and the sea. A big advantage is also a home gym. The host - Pepe and his wife are really very warm and helpful people who respond to every question / request. I wholeheartedly recommend - we will definitely be back!

It was absolutely amazing. The host is very friendly and helpful. We were very happy to live in this villa as everything was at our disposal: great view of mountains, clean and comfortable facilities, beautiful terrace. In the apartment there already was waiting for us the fridge full of snacks, ham and cheese so after a long way we didn't have to go to the supermarket right away. Location is amazing: it was close to the nice and long beach, easy to access with kids and elderly people (I was staying with my son and my grandma). In 20 min drive there is absolutely stunning town Gajeta with nice views, architecture and plenty of places for dinner. I highly recommend to stay at Boccy Brothers and I will definitely be back here as well!

Beautiful and very large apartment in Formia. Well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The views from the apartment were amazing. Yes it is a walk up hill or steps from the main area but worth it for the views. Lovely little square withing a few minutes walk.

In the kitchen and in the room everything is thought to the smallest detail. Coffee, tea, sweets, muesli in the kitchen were available at any time... Yogurts, juices, milk - in the refrigerator in our room. А wonderful cozi yard in front of the house! We are very grateful to signora Teresa for her hospitality and attentiveness. Time stops here... The hosts were so friendly, and made sure we weren't lost by coming to meet us. Formia is a charming little town, with a delightful labyrinth of alleys in the old part. It made an excellent staging post for us, travelling from the south to the north by train, because the railway comes back to the sea here before making its way inland again. The flat is very close to the station.
