These comments are unianimous from 4 people: From the very first moment of booking throughout our stay very very good communication, immediate answers for our questions all the time - even before our arrival. Exceptionally kind and helpful people, very special family business. We loved the organised tours: we did all 4 tours, ie. sunrise, 6 hours daytime tour with lunch, sunset, and night tour. The daytime tour was exceptionally well organised with a lot of lovely scenes with a perfect guide who was also a good cook and photographer. The food and practically everything was exceptional. The sunset tour was also very special. The night tour could be improved with some astrological and English knowledge :). The chalets where we slept were comfortable with private terrace towards the park, securing unforgettable view. Throughout our all stay we felt secured. Both Liliana and Ahmed and the whole staff were very helpful all the time to provide the outmost comfortable feeling.

Staying at the camp was an amazing experience. The cabins were cosy and clean, and had a fantastic view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, lots of options from the buffet. Evening meal was great, a traditional meal cooked underground. The jeep safari was fun, plenty of stops to explore different places.

The people are very welcoming and helpful. The place is very comfortable, cosy and warm, there is a mobile network, a bathroom and air conditioning which are the essentials for a good stay. The cabins are stable, not ordinary tents. Very good value of money. The safari with my friend was amazing. The best place I have been to in Wadi Rum.

Magic. In the middle of this outstanding out of this world landscape (many films, from Lawrence of Arabia to Star Wars or the Martian, have been filmed, stands this cozy bedouin camp, a few traditional bungalows or futurístic bubbles nicely furbished, refreshed by necessary AC and private bathroom, varied food and, most of all, a homely service of friendly and humourous local staff that also organize wonderful treks through the savage breathtaking desert sites. Don't miss Lawrence's train before you ger there.

Cabin was nice and comfortable, with private bathroom and hot shower. It was cold at night, but the big fleece blankets kept us warm and comfortable in bed. The food was good and served in a common area with a huge wood burning stove so was really cosy.

Very traditional style. Loved it. Great food. The Men all very helpful and friendly. Cabins surprisingly warm and cosy considering how very cold it was outside. And they run the full tour guiding also. Our guide funny, helpful. Great experience overall.
