Tiffany, Rabi (and Bella!) were amazing hosts! It felt like we were crashing at a friend's place. They also made us a delicious meal for dinner! We could see the ocean in the distance from our room and the patio was very chill to relax in. The driver to the airport was just 15 mins.

Pinch me! Smooth and friendly check-in with good communication. Smihi is a gem! Just a short walk following our host (up some steps though) from the ferry arrival. This property was spotless, has beautiful views, small alleys to discover, felt safe, and has enough tile and color to make a weary traveler excited and invigorated. Felt intentionally designed, carefully maintained, and so comfortable for our family of six. 10 days of travel in Portugal, Spain and Morocco and this was our only accommodation with a DRYER! ☺️ Smihi was helpful, accommodating and speaks excellent English. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We where 10 persons for a holiday of 4 nights. We cant describe how great the Riad was. Its was one of the best stays we have been in so far. The location was definitly great, with the market and historical places just a few minutes away. The owner Magalie was super friendly and lovely. And the two maids Saadia and Latifa are the most beautiful spirits we have meet during our stay in Morocco. We became like a family. They took care of us and made us feel at home. They made the most traditional and delicious breakfast. The rooms and the whole riad was super new and luxurious. Magalie thought of everything when it came to the interior design and a guest every need. The pool, rooftop was super nice. We loved the riad and are hoping of returning back someday.

Honestly, I'm a frequent traveller, and this has been the best experience by far! *Offered to pick me up from the airport. *They can arrange a rental car if needed *Lovely fresh morrocan breakfast in 15 minutes in the morning outside in the seating area. *Really clean and modern design apartment. *Air conditioning, TV & WiFi. *Private pool and jacuzzi on site *Private gated car park. Personal Fob Given. *Friendly Family dog and cat around the apartment *Assistant always available If needed. *From the moment I arrived to the moment i left, they're were always making sure everything is okay and made me and my wife feel at home ❤️ *I even had an issue with my international sim card, and they helped me with that. *After I booked the apartment, we spoke on the phone, we had a live video call and showed me a tour of the place and even sent me a short video of the place for me to share to my wife.

Dar 23 is the best riad we have stayed at during our 3-week travels in Morocco – beautifully decorated with great taste. The rooms were nice and neat and the beds very comfortable. It is truly your home away from home! Matt was a great host who was always helpful and responsive. Very good breakfast prepared by charming Fatima was enjoyed each morning on the rooftop terrace which offers a beautiful view of Tangier . We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning someday soon!

There is a spectacular terrace on the rooftop where you can relax, read a book in the shade and enjoy the view over the Medina and the sea. Our room was tastefully furnished and spacious, the breakfast was a rich selection of Moroccan staples, fresh orange juice and homemade orange and citrus jam.
