We stayed 2 nights in this house and it was an amazing stay. We saw the Northern Lights from the house. It is not so far from Tromsø, 25mn by car. The house is really big with all the electronics devices you need to be comfortable (TV, kitchen, A/C). The price was really affordable for the area.

We had an excellent stay with Roger. The house is spacious and very clean, and ideally placed for visiting Tromso and the surrounding area, and for hunting the aurora. We saw some from the balcony of the house :). Roger was very kind and always available when we needed help. I'd recommend this holiday home, which is much better than a hotel in the city center, as you're in the middle of nature with a view of the sea - it's a real change of scenery!

The house is very nice! The bathrooms and bedrooms are well separated and its no problem to stay here with 5 or 6 people! The location is also nice, it takes ~25-30 minutes to walk to town. With a car its even faster. There is good options to buy food close by. The kitchen is also very nice and big!

The view was beautiful from our bedroom, I could have laid in bed all day and taken in the mountain range. The home was really warm and toasty. The decor was beautiful, simple and minimalist. The home was so very clean. It was such a peaceful home to stay in. So much space. The roads into Tromsø was really straightforward and it was so easy to get onto the island.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, helped with late arrival issues. Gave helpful advice about places to go. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for a family.

You reach either by car or bus, preferably you have your own car because you need to drive everywhere to get around. The staff was very helpful especially Lau and Mike they really accomodated to our needs and helped out whenever we needed anything. The food was great - both for lunch and dinner, wine selection was nice and the sauna was a good place to relax with a direct view on the pretty mountains.

The lodge was comfortable and as an added bonus it was already warm and cosy on arrival. The campsite is used by the local youth football team to generate funds for them which felt like we were doing something good for the community too!

The experience with this place is magical. We watched the northern lights from the frozen fjord, did ice fishing, spent cozy evenings in a fireplace literally by the fjord, did snowshoeing. We even rented the snowmobile and had so much fun riding it on the fjord. Susann and Jørgen are the sweetest people, we felt like we were not tourists but their welcomed guests. I would definitely visit this place again!

The location of the flat is very idyllic, right on the fjord with the best view of the northern lights. We were greeted with a bottle of the best wine, freshly chilled beer and fresh eggs from the house's own chickens. The owners are super nice and helpful, even they started the fireplace in advance for us. There is private and free parking. The farm has nice facilites, shared kitchen and bathroom. The best without doubts is that as the farm is outside the city, we were able to see the northern lights, right in front of the cottage. Highly recommended!!!
