This place was my favorite stay throughout my trip to the Balkans. I wanted something closer to the airport because I was flying out the next day and had already toured Ljubljana. The castle was gorgeous and with such stunning beauty around it. It was also quiet and peaceful. I had the breakfast as well, which was delicious. Do not hesitate in booking this stay!

The accommodation, whilst not generous in size is tastefully furnished and has all you need for a self catering stay. It’s a convenient 10 minute drive to the airport ( with no noise from it ), and within very easy reach of many of Slovenia’s attractions ( Bled, Kranj, Ljubljana, and Austria!), and also a wealth of hiking opportunities. The house was very nice and cozy and there were a number of small elements that made our stay very comfortable: Nespresso machine, kitchenette, sauna, TV and good wi-fi. The breakfast with local products was pretty good and sufficient for the four of us. Our host was extremely nice and helpful.

Fireplace is beautiful, in the kitchen you have everything you need. Beds are cosy, two bathrooms.... And not to forget, Ana is excellent host. Responded quickly to all of our questions, allowed us to enter earlier, made our stay great. I got stuck in the snow the car (because I was clumsy) and she organized her husband and kids to come help get me out of the snow. Thank you so much! Will come again :)

Kind and easy going and were very helpful with instructions. The appartment has everything required for self catering. There's a cosy fireplace, private sauna and a nice porch/garden area. Apartment is well maintained with new appliances and spotless clean.
