The flat is full of character with some original and some restored features. It is spacious, comfortable, with a full kitchen and a small balcony. It is in a quiet side street with easy access to the old city center -- walk (up) a bit then take the elevators. Friendly people.

The place was immaculately clean, nice-smelling, cosy and welcoming. I do appreciate the selection of the cosmetics as well as the wide array of food products in the breakfast boxes. The Host is truly amazing! Immensely helpful and thoughtful - Andrea’s ideas were fantastic (such as booking an awesome restaurant for us) and contributed a lot to our fantastic experience. Should I return to San Marino one day - that is my go-to (book-in) place.

So friendly and nice personnel, very cosy, comfortable, clean. The feeling is that it's a family run hotel (I think that really is) and as soon as we entered the reception we had a feeling of being a part of it. Location in the old city center as close as possible to main square and at the same time just a few min walk from parking (P6 or P7).Without any doubt one of the best stays we've ever had.

When we checked in, we got immediately for free a discount cards for all museums in the city. The hotel has a great central location at the historical centre, the room was cosy, but we didn't have the view, only the old wall in front of us from the window. Very clean bathroom, calm neighbours, the spirit of old building makes you feel like in the middle age times)) For couples this is a romantic place, with a lot of cool restaurants, shops and bars around. I can highly recommend this hotel.
