She also arranged for a driver to take us to Panlongshan for a small fee, which is a wild section of the Great Wall about 15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend the hotpot dinner, at the guesthouse, too. I appreciated the small details, like the bathbomb that was provided with the bathtub, too!

The property features mountain views and is 13 km from Shengquan Temple and 19 km from Hongluo Temple. The farm stay has family rooms. We loved our stay at Yue Tong Farm House. The couple was so kind and helpful and made our layover in Beijing worthwhile. They picked us up at the airport, made us a delicious dinner, the room was big and clean (mattress is a bit hard though), cooked us another delicious breakfast in the morning and took us to the great wall afterwards. In the end picked us up again and drove us to the airport. Everything went flawless. Although neither speak English, the translator does the job and the smiles do the rest.

It has a rooftop, you can admire the surrounding, I am sure it’s very nice in the other seasons. It is also very close to a sky resort. The owner, the staff were all very attentive, great service, very helpful.
