We stayed in the Wood cabin, and it was comfortable, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet and equipped with everything you could possibly need to be self-sufficient. Sandra and David were wonderful hosts and were on hand to provide and assistance, a fabulous breakfast each morning and to start the day with a laugh (thank you David). No problems with parking, which is very secure and it's a good location to catch the steam train from Pickering to Whitby.

From start to finish the place is great. There's a pub a 10 minute walk away so not that remote. A lovely reservoir less than 5 minutes away and very close to skipton. The place was spotless and so well looked after. The breakfast was too notch. Genuinely can't fault the place. Highly recommend this lovely place ! And Alpaca's to boot !
