Private House in Oldcastle ligt in Oldcastle, op 22 km van Monastery of Kells, 23 km van St. Columba's Church, en 23 km van Kells Heritage Centre. We really can't say enough good things about this house. Literally located in the centre of Oldcastle, close to everything you want to see in this hidden gem of a town. The house itself is modern, spotless, with everything you need. We cooked our dinner in the brand new kitchen, which has a coffee machine as well. The living room area has a TV with Netflix, YouTube etc, and the most comfortable sofa you can imagine. The bedroom was pure luxury, and the bathroom had products you'd be happy to find in a really good hotel. Basically this house is like a really nice hotel room, except it's a whole house. Can't wait to go back soon. 👏😀

Quiet countryside studio apartment - recently renovated and amazing views beschikt over uitzicht op de tuin, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een patio, op ongeveer 15 km van Trim Castle. We had excellent communication with the host prior to arrival and to arrange picking up the keys at a time that suited us. They also helped ensure a travel cot would be in the house and were prompt to rwply to any queries even a few weeks agead of the stay. The house was immaculate, and had clearly been cleaned to a high standard. We stayed in the house ourselves so only used two of the four bedrooms, but this house would be ideal for a large family trip. The grounds of the house were great and the kids had plenty of room to play in the garden. They also loved the board games left out in the kitchen for guests to enjoy. Highly recommended. This was an ideal spot for us to visit Trim castle and Emerald Park as well as visit family in Navan a short drive away.

This was a lovely comfortable clean lodge with everything needed. Very cosy a christmassey with a little tree up which we loved. The host Peter was a gentleman and helped us out big time to get us to a wedding as no taxi was available. We were greeted by Patch the dog on arrival she was the best!
