Lovely welcome, very cosy, spacious room. Walking distance to local pubs with live traditional music. A short drive to the Moher cliffs, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Beautiful setting in an excellent location. Cabins were fabulous, and cosy/very warm!
When arriving Susanne was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was lovely and warm and cosy. Susanne also kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was OK.
Lovely quiet location. Cosy feeling in the cottage. Very peaceful and easy going. Short travel distance to most places.
Very comfortable double beds, newly renovated and well equipped kitchen; very comfortable sofa. The cottage is warm, cosy and easy to heat. We liked the effect of the fireplace.
It was very quiet and peaceful. The location is awesome. The cabin itself feels very warm and cozy. Sitting in front of the fire, having a nice BBQ and watching the stars was very romantic. It is indeed a perfect accommodation to shut off and enjoy the here and now.
The breakfast was healthy, with oats, joghurt, beeries, coffee or tea, water, milk, orangejuice, toast, scones, butter an marmelade. Everything we needed. Water, coffee, tea with Water heater in the room. Towels, soap and shampoo. All was fine. The house is a cosy place, restored with old wooden floor and beautifull doors, stairs and fireplaces. Ask Garry, were you can get lunch or dinner in Ennis. The Cliffs of moher are 30min away.
The cottage is fabulous. Very clean and cosy. Has pretty much everything in it to cook your breakfast, lunch & dinner if need be. Location is in a beautiful part of the countryside. 20 mins from Ennis.
Lovely native stone cottage next to Galway Bay with a view of the islands and across the bay to County Galway. Everything is quite compact due to the size of the building, but we were very comfortable. Knowing what to expect in a restored dwelling of this nature and age, we settled in very nicely. Bed linens and towels were fresh, building was easy to heat, bathing facilities were better than anticipated.
One of the most charming places I have ever been. So cozy, and beautiful decor. The rooms were comfy and welcoming, and the shared spaces were unique and plentiful. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, and fed us a wonderful Irish breakfast. The nearby waterfront town is also beautiful to walk around and stop in for a meal. I’d highly recommend the 8km trail that cuts through the city and circles around the countryside.
