Very homey guesthouse that has plenty of facilities. It is fully furnished with a really nice decoration style suiting the farm it is located at. The host is very friendly and kind and invited us to take a look at their cows during milking. All the rooms have plenty of space and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is also very clean and well maintained. Last but not least the surroudings are magnificent!

Sodulsholt Cottages offer self-catering cottages in Sodulsholt and views of the surrounding landscape. Free WiFi is available. Perfect little cottage. Literally nothing bad to be mentioned about it. Confy, well maintaned, warm and well insulated despite the heavy winds we had during our stay. A lot of large windows (we saw a small stretch of the aurora right front the bed) and the kitchen has everything one would need for cooking a nice dinner. We even stopped near their farm and saw the beautiful horses they have, there was one nice guy who let us in for a couple of mins. Definitely recommend. It is not cheap but well… what’s cheap in Iceland? The price is fair anyway.

Set on a farm 8 km from Grundarfjördur, this modern guest house offers a 9-hole golf course, plus free Wi-Fi and parking. Snæfellsjökull National Park is 40 minutes’ drive away. AH-MAZE-ING! The view alone was worth the stay. Martin (the host) was warm and kind. Breakfast was light but perfect. If we ever come back we will absolutely be staying here!

Well equiped kitchen, including coffee machine with coffee capsules, tea and everything you need for cooking. We were there 2 families and didn't miss anything.

The setting is so peaceful and quiet. A great location for exploring the peninsula. It is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and relax. It was our mid-week stop so being able to do some laundry was a bonus.

Nastanitev Marbakki Luxury Ocean Retreat je v mestu Budhir. Ta vila ponuja vrt, predel za peko na žaru, brezplačen WiFi in brezplačno zasebno parkirišče. Marbakki was a very beautiful, secluded property. My family and I loved the design of the house - it was very cozy and made us feel right at home. The villa had a lot of great touches including a well stocked kitchen (various spices, coffee pods, etc.) and yoga mats. The rooms were small, but the beds were very comfortable. Although there is only one bathroom, it was spacious and very clean. The outside deck overlooking the ocean and the hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the ocean and mountain views. I highly recommend taking an evening or morning walk on the beach! Our family really enjoyed this villa and we will keep it on our list for future Iceland trips!
