Our 2 weeks stay at l'Agriturismo Il Medeghino was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is spectacular and without exception, the family and staff are friendly and eager to please. The centuries old property was tastefully and elegantly renovated, sparing no detail or expense. Our room was large and comfortable, as well as being full of character, and the overall vibe of the whole agriturismo was one of relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility around the pool area and breakfast in the historic courtyard. Breakfast itself was delicious and consisted of high quality products. Rooms were cleaned immaculately by the cleaning lady.

Roberto and Paola were really, really friendly and very welcome hosts. The apartment has plenty of nice little appreciated touches: welcome book, basic amenities and beyond, painting book for our daughter, nice little welcome gifts for us....etc. They even turned of the air conditioner a little before we arrive so that the apartment was confortable when we arrive. Just expect to have a wonderful stay here.

My family of 5 had plenty of space, the apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The addition of the small balcony in Smaraldo was lovely. We loved the simple but stylish decor, all beautifully presented and clean and tidy. The working shutters were a lovely original feature and the garden was an added bonus. A 10 minute walk to the lake front which has been renovated and has lake access, plus an easy to use bus stop outside the property made the location perfect.
