Most importantly, Ariana gave us the opportunity to try Apulian food. It was the most delicious food we tried, even though we visited many restaurants. The room had no windows and is in a very random location, so I wouldn't say this is a place to base yourself for an extended stay, though it wouldn't be the worst.
