Fabulous place, beautiful well-equipped, spacious room and lovely outside seating area, great pool and attentive owners. Wish I'd had more time to spend just at the hotel! Conveniently located between Siem Reap center and Angkor Wat. Possibility to cycle there using the hotel's free bicycles available. Can highly recommend everything about this hotel and give it more than 10/10 if I could. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sitoh and husband for such a lovely stay!

We loved our stay here and wish we could stay for longer. Vicheth was an amazing host, helping us with everything we needed. The Villa was so clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Location was great, just a short 5 minute tuk tuk into the main area of town. We can’t fault our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Situated in Siem Reap, less than 1 km from King's Road Angkor, Cozy Boutique Villa Siem Reap features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Eath, the manager was fantastic. He helped us book bicycles etc for our trip to Ankor Wat. Nothing was too much for him to help with. Amazing person and fabulous place. Highly recommend.
