Our stay at this hotel was excellent. I especially want to mention the staff, absolutely everyone was friendly, smiling and helpful. Saskia Ambu helped us throughout our stay, helped us order a taxi and tuk-tuk, explained to the drivers where to take us and what we needed to find. A good attitude was manifested even in non-obvious things, such as giving us water to take with us in the car, treating us to a Sri Lankan dish and giving us a free visit to the sauna, but unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of it. Breakfast was delicious, dining room was clean, service was fast and high quality. Again all the staff are absolutely amazing. I also want to mention the cleanliness. The room, the bathroom and bed were very clean. Wifi worked well and we were even able to watch a TV series from it.

Conveniently situated in Nuwara Eliya, La Grande Villa provides express check-in and check-out and free private parking. This was my favorite accomodation of all the 7 we experienced during our 2 weeks stay in Sri Lanka. Quiet location, beautiful garden, loved the decore, the rooms are so big, spacious, the mosy comfortable bed I slept in in Sri Lanka. Luxurious bathroom, everything was perfectly curated, attention to details and good quality in everything. Everyone on the staff is smiling, kind and willing to help with whatever you need. Breakfast is abbundant, indian,western and sri lankan options. I had such a lovely birthday surprise in the room (won't be a spoiler with the details...) - it really made my day! The manager was kind enough to even help us with laundry, free of charge. We highly appreciate all the support and totally recommend for your stay in Nuwara Elyia - you will love this place :)

Cottage San Francesco ligger i Nuwara Eliya, under 6,9 km fra Gregory-søen og 14 km fra Hakgala Botaniske Have. What to say? Super friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Big and clean room which was cleaned every day. Comfy large bed with small heater on the side. And a bathroom holding up to European standards. Great views... i recommend this place to anyone. One of the best stays in our Sri Lanka trip. Bravo and thanks to the whole team managing this place.

The owner is so so kind and helpful. Did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible, gave us good advice and arranged Tuk tuks And excursions for us. The food he makes here is absolutely outstanding. It was so good we ended up eating here every night. It was so romantic. Candle light dinner every night was so romantic. The shower here is incredible. Rainfall shower really well built. I highly recommend.

Thuring's Holiday Bungalow ligger i Nuwara Eliya, 600 m fra Gregory-søen. Der er grillfaciliteter, bjergudsigt og gratis privat parkering på stedet. The place is very clean and neat, we had fresh flowers in the room. The towels and bed linen are clean and feel nice and fresh. The location is up the hill, not close to the city centre, but very close to tea plantations and a nice 10 min road to Gregory lake. The owner is very kind and made sure to extend our stay when we requested, as well as arrange tuk-tuks whenever we needed one. Overall one of the best stays in Sri Lanka so far, highly reccommend.

Tea Hills Bungalow ligger i Hatton. Der tilbydes gratis wi-fi på chaletens fællesområder. Samtlige ferieboliger har ventilator, fladskærms-tv med kabelkanaler, opholdsområde med sofa samt skrivebord. Hotellet blev drevet af en familie og de gør stedet til en god oplevelse. Deres lokale Sri Lankanske køkken specialiteter var en stor oplevelse.
