I just could not get enough of it. Amazing pool. Wifi very strong. Staff would do anything to help. Location is not bad at all. Just RIGHT across the hotel, there is a bakery type of thing. Very nice and low cost.

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's. it’s insulated from the outside, with beautiful gardens and pools. The staff are extremely nice. The rooms are very well designed and cool.

It's on the alley in a reasonably quiet neighborhood (there's a mosque down the street, but the call to prayer is mercilessly subdued at night). It's very easy walking to all the sights. There are also several good restaurants in the vicinity and a grocery store 2 blocks away. The house itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The bedroom is kept comfortable with a strong AC. The host is a very nice person.
