Picking up the key was easy and the host was very friendly. Yes it’s a winding drive up the mountain so you need a car but that is part of what makes it so spectacular. Amazing views from the home! Mountains and waterfalls! Warm and cozy with a nice wood burning fireplace. Comfortable bed. Fully furnished living room was so cozy after a long day of exploring Nicely stocked large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals …And a wonderful jetted tub! Only 2 of us so we never even used the two bedrooms upstairs but this would be a wonderful place for families or friend get together. Also has a washer so it was great to clean everything after a weeks worth of hiking! The town is close by ( about 10 min drive) so everything is convenient. Would recommend that you book this beautiful home in a heartbeat!

El anfitrión fue también muy amable para prepararnos el jacuzzi. Nos quedamos solamente una noche pero nos podríamos quedar varios días solamente por disfrutar de la casa.

We stayed at the private cabin outside. The staff was very welcoming, and the cabin itself had everything we needed. The outside area is full of hidden gems and scenic spots. Only thing to note is that the mattress is very soft so take it into account if you suffer from back pains. Definitely recommend!

And what we know for sure is that we must come back here. We are completely in love. The nature is stunning. When it comes to Flatheim everything here is just like it should be. You have a feeling that you’re visiting your relatives who live in one of the most beautiful places you have ever seen. They serve you incredibly delicious meals even if vegetarian food isn’t their passion and spend lovely moments on conversations. Expierencing stormy weather on the sea took our hearts. Estas casas de campo se encuentran en el valle de Flåm, a sólo 3 km de la estación de tren de Flåm y del impresionante fiordo de Aurland. Everything was perfect. Location, cleanliness. The hostess was very kind. She picked us and dropped us off the station because we had no car. We really enjoyed our time there, a lifetime experience. We will definitely come back to stay more days as soon as we get a chance.
