Quinta Vilar e Almarde offers rustic-style accommodation in Castelo de Paiva. The owners could not have been kinder. The lady had my heart as you can tell she loves her property and her garden. This property was like a hidden oasis. It was perfect in every way with an exceptional shower and lots of hot water! We would love to visit again sometime!

Candelas do Souto is a lovely converted farm house. It has lots of charm from the outside and is modern and clean inside. There are areas inside the property that show parts of the buildings history and old working life. There is a small but beautiful garden at the back of the property that is perfect for relaxing in.

Quinta De La Rosa ligger på en familieeid vingård på den høyre bredden av Douro-elven, kun 2 km fra Pinhão. Rommene på denne vingården er spredt over flere nivåer. The food at this restaurant was outstanding! The best food I have had in Portugal and I have lived here for a year. We will definitely go bac!!

Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food ligger i en historisk herregård omgitt av en hage og vingårder, og vender ut mot den naturskjønne elvedalen Douro. Breakfast was lovely with fresh juice, pastries and fruit. We were also sent away with extra slices of cake and fruit for our journey! We also had dinner there and nothing was too much. The food was excellent but was clearly prepared just for us and made it even more special with all the beams and vineyard features such as barrels in the reception and dining room. The bedroom was very cosy and the bed was extremely comfy and bathroom with a bath was excellent. The room was very large and had lots of features to make us feel like we were in the vineyard. The best bit was when we arrived and we were greeted by the family with glasses of port from their vineyard for free before sitting by a toasty fire to warm up - perfect welcome!!

Situated within 13 km of Natur Waterpark and 37 km of Douro Museum, Casa do Santo - Wine & Tourism features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Provesende. The setting was simply perfect, offering stunning views of the Duoro valley. The house itself was beautiful, and we received a lovely welcome with their homemade Porto wine. Our room was exceptional, offering great comfort, and the breakfast was equally delightful. Unfortunately, the cold weather kept us from using the pool, but we're excited to return and spend more time there. Honestly, I felt no desire to venture elsewhere, as everything about the place was just wonderful.

I must say it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that truly set the tone for our entire stay. A special note to the hosts that went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable, Quinta de Chousas is a gem that is hard to find nowadays. Thank you for everything!

Moinhos do Paiva is set in Castelo de Paiva and features a private pool and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Everything. Ana was so friendly and helpful. Scenery was amazing. Awesome experience staying there.

Boasting inner courtyard views, Porto Smart Apartments Comfort offers accommodation with patio, around 3 km from Aterro Beach. I chose the property because of its proximity to the airport and the comfort it offered to my family of seven. (My parents, husband, children and myself) The apartment seemed brand new and was beautifully decorated and had lovely furnishings. Everything was extremely clean and cozy. The a/c was a huge plus! I also liked how secure the property was and the fact that it had parking on the premises. Ana was a gracious host and was extremely helpful. Self check-in was very easy and we arrived to a very sweet welcome basket. These touches really make my day!

Boasting garden views, Quinta de Travassinhos- Douro Valley offers accommodation with a rooftop pool, an indoor pool and an open-air bath, around 6.5 km from Douro Museum. My friends and I loved the property, the people, and the meals. It is so charming—I love the care and thought that was put into this place. We had our dinners here and our last dinner was this delicious stew. Helena, Ricardo, and Joao helped to make our stay so wonderful.
