Chunga Changa asub Matemwes, Muyuni rannast 600 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja baar. Excellent property with private pool and lots of space, and very x 10 clean. All the staff were polite and super efficient and made sure we were well taken care of. Extremely impressed. Were were scuba diving off Mnemba Island so this location is very near and convenient.

Boutique Villa Unaweza asub Matemwes, Matemwe rannast vaid 60 meetri kaugusel. Majutusruumidest avaneb vaade merele. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff are sweet and very friendly. They decorated our room for our honeymoon and we even received a free bottle of champagne. The pool was always clean and the facilities around it as well. You’re very short walk from the beach and can walk to local shops if you seek some variety . We had a problem with our water but that was fixed once we had brought up the problem with management. Overall I have nothing to fault them for. Thanks again for the lovely service.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. My partner and I spent almost 3 weeks in Zanzibar in January 2022. We have stayed at 4 different areas of the island, in 5 different hotels, Jambiani Villa being the second one, for 4 nights. Jambiani itself is a quiet fishing village with only a few hotels, guesthouses and restaurants. Right after we booked this accommodation we knew we made the right choice just by the way the hotel communicated with us. Prior our arrival we received the most detailed information about the Villas and the village, and received valuable tips and hits for traveling to Zanzibar in general. The Jambiani Villas are located in 3 properties. We stayed in the main building, called Katikati, in one of the apartments (Iliki) on the top floor, facing the outdoor pool and the ocean. Even though it was right above the restaurant, neither the smell, nor the noise (if there was any) could be felt or heard in our room. Our apartment had a very spacious and clean room with comfortable king size bed, air-conditioning, desk, sofa, TV, etc., spacious and really nice bath, a full kitchen with fridge and a large balcony. Finding European plugs in the room were a nice surprise. :) Wifi always worked perfectly throughout our stay. Breakfast is wonderful. I loved the fresh guacamole and the home made jam! At the beginning I was a little worried that having a restaurant onsite is going to be busy and noise, but not at all. It was actually very quiet, and it came handy that we could have lunch and/or dinner on site whenever we wanted to. The outdoor area is small, but clean, tidy and comfortable. The extremely kind, warm and helpful staff, along with the amazing efficient and professional management team made our stay really memorable. Most beautiful in that place was terrace roundness palms with view on the ocean. Delicious breakfast with fresh juices and fruits.

Eraranna ja merevaatega RoRi Private Luxury Villas on hiljuti renoveeritud villa, mis asub Bwejuus, mõne sammu kaugusel Bwejuu rannast. The villa was amazing, true to pictures and even exceeding in some aspects. Ricardo was an excellent host and always only a text away. The breakfast was exceptional with a variation of fruits, eggs, bread, pastries, cakes, fresh juice, yoghurt, milk and sandwiches everyday. The rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned every day. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet beach area to relax. There are restaurants all up and down the beach within easy walking distance and shops + more restaurants just 5 minutes taxi away in Paje. The swimming pool was a dream, we spent relaxing afternoons and evening in the water, a welcome escape from the heat. We loved it and we will definitely be back.

Bwejuus asuval majutusasutusel Sand Beach Boutique Villas on rõdu, kust avaneb vaade basseinile ja aiale. Kohapeal on aastaringselt avatud välibassein, ilusalong ja vabaõhuvann. The staff are really sweet, rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was to die for.

Villa Kikadini asub Jambianis Jambiani ranna lähedal. Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutusel on vaatega bassein ja aed. Terrassiga majutusasutuses on tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

Last year we had already stayed in another villa within the same estate, and we saw that beautiful villa very well maintained, and this year we decided to spend the weekend here. What to say! exactly as we imagined. Exceptional cleanliness, attention and care from the impeccable staff, kindness of the owner. We felt pampered and appreciated.
