Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

Amka Villa Issa House er staðsett í Jambiani og býður upp á veitingastað og beinan aðgang að ströndinni. Stór veröndin býður upp á útsýni yfir Indlandshaf og ókeypis WiFi er hvarvetna á gististaðnum. Perfect location, great room with terace, great breakfast super nice and helpful owner and staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

LIONS VILLA ZANZIBAR - Private Cook & Infinity Pool - ON THE SEASIDE er nýlega enduruppgerð villa í Kiwengwa þar sem gestir geta nýtt sér sjóndeildarhringssundlaugina, garðinn og veröndina. Everything. The villa was clean and had the perfect layout! We had a special occasion and the hosts made sure to make it special and catered to our requests!

RoRi Private Luxury Villas er nýenduruppgerð villa í Bwejuu, nokkrum skrefum frá Bwejuu-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á einkastrandsvæði og sjávarútsýni. Everything, starting with the placement, in front of the ocean, the entire house is amazing, the pool and the yard a dream, where to spend your time.

Sand Beach Boutique Villas er staðsett í Bwejuu og býður upp á svalir með sundlaugar- og garðútsýni, útisundlaug sem er opin allt árið um kring, snyrtiþjónustu og bað undir berum himni. I liked how the place was always clean and neat. Great food and staffs. We felt so welcomed me and my daughter. The environment is friendly for family, couple and single travelers too. Worth every penny and more.

Villa Kikadini er gististaður í Jambiani, nálægt Jambiani-ströndinni. Hann hefur nýlega verið enduruppgerður og býður upp á garð og sundlaug með útsýni. We liked everything! Assante Sana! It was my first time in Africa/Tansania and I was a bit nervous at first how the property will be but the moment we arrived we all felt simply wonderful in this villa, decorated with lots of love. The Pool was the Best of All! We enjoyed our chit chats at sunsets or the first morning plunge before we had coffee at the specialis terrasse. The staff welcomed us with so much kindness! I felt a bit like in Bali, Indonesia where I used to live in a similar house. Make sure you are aware of electricity issues of the country. The extremely nice, friendly and easy to communicate owner Klaudia got all under control :)
