Located in Matemwe, 600 metres from Muyuni Beach, Chunga Changa provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a bar. An amazing villa with absolutely incredible staff! The view from the second floor was stunning along with the whole vibe of the place. The food provided was also very good and very affordable. Would recommend a 100 times over and will definitely come back!

Set in Matemwe and only 60 metres from Matemwe Beach, Boutique Villa Unaweza offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff are sweet and very friendly. They decorated our room for our honeymoon and we even received a free bottle of champagne. The pool was always clean and the facilities around it as well. You’re very short walk from the beach and can walk to local shops if you seek some variety . We had a problem with our water but that was fixed once we had brought up the problem with management. Overall I have nothing to fault them for. Thanks again for the lovely service.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. We liked the villa and all the amenities that it has to offer. Also the manager was really nice and attentive. Also the food was delicious.

Located in Jambiani, Amka Villa Issa House features a restaurant and direct beach access. The large terrace offers Indian Ocean views and there is free WiFi throughout the property. Most beautiful in that place was terrace roundness palms with view on the ocean. Delicious breakfast with fresh juices and fruits.

Lions Villa Zanzibar with private pool - LUXURY ON THE SEASIDE is a recently renovated villa in Kiwengwa, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, garden and terrace. After an easy-peasy pickup from the ferry in Stone Town, we arrived at the Villa to be welcomed by a super friendly team and a romantic seafood dinner set for us right on the beach. It was perfection from the first moment! We spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the pool, walking on the beach, playing games, swimming in the ocean and eating the delicious food prepared by the Chef. We felt safe, pampered and well taken care of. Mr. Davies made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

Featuring a private beach area and views of sea, RoRi Private Luxury Villas is a recently renovated villa located in Bwejuu, a few steps from Bwejuu Beach. The villa was amazing, true to pictures and even exceeding in some aspects. Ricardo was an excellent host and always only a text away. The breakfast was exceptional with a variation of fruits, eggs, bread, pastries, cakes, fresh juice, yoghurt, milk and sandwiches everyday. The rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned every day. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet beach area to relax. There are restaurants all up and down the beach within easy walking distance and shops + more restaurants just 5 minutes taxi away in Paje. The swimming pool was a dream, we spent relaxing afternoons and evening in the water, a welcome escape from the heat. We loved it and we will definitely be back.

Set in Bwejuu, Sand Beach Boutique Villas offers a balcony with pool and garden views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, beauty services and open-air bath. The staff are really sweet, rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was to die for.

Comprising pool with a view and a garden, Villa Kikadini is a recently renovated accommodation in Jambiani located close to Jambiani Beach. Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

Situated in Kiwengwa and only 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, CDM Villas Kiwengwa features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
