Situated in Homestead, 5.6 km from Fruit Spice Park and 11 km from Florida Keys Factory Shops, Maria's Tiny Barn features spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Spotless clean, comfortable place close to the Everglades National Park. It served us, a group of 4 people, very well for 2 nights. The arrival instructions were precise and we didn't have any problem with the check-in. The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, small coffee pot etc.). I'd definitely stop there again if I was visiting the area. Easy to park in front of the building from the pictures. AC worked fine, WiFi as well.

The owners had a nice book of recommendations available, which helped us find a great place for dinner. The owners responded to all communications within 15 min.

And the best of the best: the condo is located in a building where there is also a hotel and the employees of the hotel treat you exactly the same way as they do for other hotel visitors. The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.
