Judy is a perfect host. She just took care of everything and helped us a lot. The cottage itself is very very nice, equipped with just everything you'll need. The jacuzzi is fun and we we had a great time.

This was an unexpected stay in the area after car troubles but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! We stumbled on this farm in a panicky effort to find pet-friendly accommodation and I still can't believe our good fortune. The farm, and everyone on it, are fantastic. We were looking for a room for 1 night and ended up staying a lot longer. The cottages are incredibly comfortable, spacious, spotless, thoughtfully decorated and well kitted out in all rooms - the electric blankets, log fires, hot tub and freshly baked bread were amazing! There is plenty of space for the family, friends and furbabies. The setting is pretty spectacular - what a beautiful part of the world - and there are plenty of things to do within the property including fishing, hiking and birdwatching. Take the time to find the cranes, they're beautiful! A very big thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make our stay so special. Deborah, in particular, was fantastic and really saved the day, I cannot speak highly enough of her and everything she has done for us - it is so encouraging to know that there are such kind people in this world, who will drop everything to come and rescue complete strangers. Do yourself a favour and book one of the cottages, it is 100% worth it!!

The Bunker is set in Champagne Valley and offers barbecue facilities and a terrace. This holiday home has a garden and free private parking. Great private accommodation with a big garden, amazing view.

Forty Winks is a cosy, comfortable, safe, and beautiful place to enjoy a family getaway. It is quiet, serene, peaceful and so relaxing. The hosts take every single detail into consideration. We were provided complimentary farm eggs, milk, rusks, firewood, coal, drinking water, and home brewed sherry. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. My kids were able to enjoy the outdoors and we loved exploring the trails. The view is just phenomenal. For international travelers, this has been one of the most amazing places we've ever stayed at. It delivered far more than we expected, and we are undoubtedly going to return to Forty Winks on our next visit to South Africa.

Amazing view, both from the room and the hot tub. The unit is spacious and great for self catering as it already has the essentials - even a dishwasher. Close to a lot of tourist attractions. Awesome hosts.

Lovely large room in old farm house with great bathroom. Tons of atmosphere with beautiful farm surroundings. Were served a delcious homecooked dinner and breakfast in front of the fireplace by very friendly and profocient staff. Highly recommended.
