The only reason to stay here was to get an early bus to the Quilotoa loop. Walked round and there were zero attractions to visit. Though not much to do in the city, it's nevertheless a convenient stop for accessing all the nearby volcanoes and lakes. The city has a potential, it needs a bit of tourism infrastructure to encourage longer stay rather than a quick passing through.

It's very popular place to spend a night before and after going to Quilotoa Loop and to store a luggage . The breakfast was great and tasty. It was hot water with no problem to switch between hot and cold water. The dorms are fine.

I was allowed to check in early. The location in Latacunga is great, and breakfast is large and very tasty. Wifi worked well.
