I was very happy with our weekend stay. The bed was nice and firm, the en-suite was clean, modern and well equipped with a powerful shower. The AC worked perfectly well, even switching completely off when told. The reception staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. The hotel has it's own parking garage that, whilst being rather expensive at €23/night, was of course very convenient. The hotel is very centrally located meaning all the sights in Zaragoza aren't far away. I wish we were able to stay longer and highly recommend the hotel.

Zaragoza is a wonderful city, an undiscovered gem.
Zaragoza is a wonderful city, an undiscovered gem. I have been several times before so maybe I am biased, but the history of the city is fantastic to discover, the food a delight, the small tapas places a joy to visit. A great place to socialise. It has got a little more expensive over the years but where hasn't.

Zaragoza is a clean and safe city full of history, great restaurants, and cafés and easy transportation. We have been to much of Spain but didn't really know anything about Zaragoza. We booked it on a whim. While fairly close to Madrid I think that it is off the beaten path of English speaking people. We encountered the Spanish language almost exclusively but we had zero problems communicating with the lovely people that we encountered. We adored this beautiful place.

20 minutes from the city center.
20 minutes from the city center. On the face of the hotel it was not appealing, however the interior was clean and pleasant, the staff helpful and polite with the Spanish restaurant a bonus.
Would definitely stay again and for longer

Ancient city with some spectacular architecture.
Ancient city with some spectacular architecture. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Walkable and seemed safe. The Palacio de la Aljafería is a spectacular Mujedar style castle, well worth a visit. Plan on a lot of businesses closing in the afternoon and re-opening in the evening. I would have stayed a little longer to see more of the Roman ruins which are in different places in the old city, but it was a pleasnt one-day stop.

Zaragoza is a great City to visit.
Two days are enough to see all.
If you are staying longer, consider hiring a car and undertaking a day trip north to Alquezar for one day and south to the 'Monasterio de Piedra' on another.

Lovely Islamic-era palace, though probably not as impressive as those further south, which I've yet to visit. Interesting Roman ruins. Views of old Zaragotha are great if you cross the bridge to the more modern half of the city.
Not too touristy; some good and reasonably-priced cafes and restaurants and mouth-watering food market.
Running out of things to do after than 2-3 days - though it's not a bad place to sit in a square and read.
absolutely fantastic choice when you travel through Spain. Zaragoza is vibrant beautiful city, with great nightlife, so even though we arrived after 11p.m we had a chance to walk around, and after that we had a fantastic sleep night at the HOSTAL. Room was clean with very comfortable bed and lots of cushions. there was an aircon so we had enough of air to have a good dreams in the middle of summer. Would definitely book it again!
one of the best hotels in all of Spain, the most helpful and happy hotel manager who went out of his way to arrange hair appointments, dog sitting and taxis to the city and the nicest breakfast. This is a feel good hidden gem hotel with super comfortable rooms which were lovely and warm for the winter. nice pool table and just the best service yet. The owner clearly loves what he does and looks after you with pride and joy.
We were traveling through from North of Spain down to the Costas so this was a short visit, however, the staff were VERY friendly and the location for a short stay was excellent.
Thanks you to the staff for helping us with the Roof Top Box as our car was too big for their car park and others had small ceilings so we had to remove and they stored it for us, thank you 🙏
The hotel appears to be new and exceptionally clean. Our room was large, comfy, and pleasantly warm; the bed was fantastic!
The breakfast was also fantastic, and they offer a superb red wine at the bar. It left one of the best impressions of Zaragoza on me—I had a really relaxing time there.
And, by the way, their swag looks pretty cool too!
The host didn't speak any English but was still very accommodating and gave us recommendations of tourist attractions, places to eat and drink etc. Everything within a 20 minute walk. Really good value for money, best night's sleep we've had on our travels around Spain thanks to the huge roof fan.
This is by far the best hotel in Zaragoza. The rooms are charming and have great bathrooms all equipped. One of my favorite coffees in Spain is at the restaurant at this hotel. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. You can´t beat the location, I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is wonderfully situated in the center of Zaragoza, quite near some of the greatest attractions of the city, including the spectacular Church of Senora del Pilar, the old Cathedral, the Great Plaza built on top of the Roman forum, and the Ebro River.
Charming Hotel but seems to be old in some aspects. Need to be updated for sure. Good relation beetween price and service to stay one night mooving from one city to other in Spain. We can have the parking for additional 12 EUR/night.
Nice, clean room, friendly staff. The hotel parking has a very tight entrance, as well, the parking places are a bit narrow, this is quite normal for Spain, Italy, France as I noticed, if you have a large car you might have issues.
The Hotel location is perfect walking distance from major attractions, shooping, metro and Restaurants /bar / coffee shops . In fact there is a Tapas bar in front. Parking is available but for a fee.
One of the hotels with the best view of the basilica El Pilar in Zaragoza. Right in the middle of a a very touristy area. Exceptionally clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent hot breakfast!
The staff was helpful and friendly Our room was huge and beautifully appointed. The hotel was in a perfect location for touring the old city. Zaragoza is an undiscovered gem.
The central location makes this hotel a very convenient base to explore downtown Zaragoza. The decor is very pleasant for those who love contemporary looks.
