Food was excellent. The room we were given was not up to expectations by a very long mile..the bathroom was not big enough to get a cat out of a toilet bag , swinging , not possible.
The smallest bathroom that I have ever experienced. Gave me clostrifobia!.
I believe that guests booking through Booking. com , get the ‘what ever is left’

The tasty breakfast, the generous hospitality,and the beautiful grounds exceeded all of our expectations. Scott went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel comfortable. The hotel is quite quaint and one-of-a-kind.
Scott tells me this hotel is a labor of love, restoring it to its previous charm and elegance. Well done, Scott. Your passion for detail and excellence was pervasive throughout our stay.
My only regret is that I wish we were staying longer.

We had a schedule change and had to move on too early the next morning. Fiona and Derek are such great hosts that have made a beautiful B&B out of their home.
