We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

The location was easy to fund. I stayed to attend a concert at twickenham stadium.. I was told by the owner that I could get a bus to twickenham from outside the hotel. The family who owned it were lovely. I would stay here again for sure

Beautiful suite. More expensive than the DeLuxe rooms, but it is very pretty and sometimes you just have to give yourself a treat, don't you?
The breakfast room/restaurant is nice and cosy, breakfast and dinner are very good.
Friendly staff. Parking available. Terrace in front of the hotel.
Hampton Court Palace is just 3 miles away along the river, walk or cycle. The walk through the park might be even shorter. Kingston bridge directly opposite the hotel brings you to the centre of Kingston-upon-Thames in only a few minutes.
We chose to book this hotel due to needing a place to stay after attending the Hampton Court Festival. Upon arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded to a suite - which was a lovely surprise! The suite was amazing…very spacious, air conditioned (which was a blessing in the heat) and had everything we could have needed for our stay! Staff upon arrival were lovely, breakfast the next morning was delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. No complaints at all!
The staff was amazing. The furnishings throughout the whole hotel and our room were beautiful. You won't believe the breakfasts. They are fantastic. We are vegan and they had wonderful plant based options that were delicious, in addition to standard options. And the views are of the Thames. it was really very nice. 1665 is a beautiful restaurant as well and the food was delicious. The location across from Hampton Court was an easy and the train ride to London Waterloo was direct.
I chose to stay at the Kings Arms because I needed to meet friends in London and attend a conference held near the hotel. The public transport options were excellent, including taking a bus to Heathrow. The breakfast was excellent giving me a great start to my day. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and my room was safe, warm and stylishly comfortable. I would have had to pay more than double for these amenities in Central London and wouldn't have had the park to walk in.
The staff - especially the Russian speaking (i hope im not mistaken) lady and the gentleman who was mostly there for night shifts.
Traveling with a baby is hard already but the staff tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms were spacious compared to most hoteld in London. The breakfast was also nice.
Everything is lovely ! The staff, the beautiful room. It smells so clean through the whole building. The breakfast was great. You can walk into Kingston along the river within 15 minutes so great location. One of my favourite hotel stays EVER. Even left us some goodies in the mini fridge which were free to use.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times now for work, the staff are really friendly, love that they give you water, beer and prosecco in the room. Its little touches like this that make you come back. Oh and the eggs benedict is one of the best i have had.
Good hotel with clean room. Great shower, I never managed to work out the flash coffee machine in the room. The breakfast look good for meat eaters, and a bit bland for veggies. It was ok, toast and croissants, grapes.
Excellent location on the banks of the Thames and the station is just over the bridge so very easy to get into London
Old quirky Hotel with lots of history. Friendly staff and clean classic room with full bathroom
The staff were truly exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great as good as any top hotel I've stayed in. Not the biggest rooms or en suites but I would highly recommend this hotel as value for money.
quite location and about 5 minutes driving to Kingston high street. Ms. Shima at the front disk very helpful and she joined me a tour for all the hotel and upgraded my room thank you. free parking
Location, train close as well as Kingston, and quick trip into central London, rooms nice size, and bfast great and practical, and take away coffee cups a winner, definitely worth revisit
The price was good, the owners/staff were friendly, breakfast well cooked and generous, and the hotel was nice and peaceful. Walkable from the station, for easy access to London.
Room was very clean, I mean exceptionally spotless. Hotel itself is close to Kingston town centre and the riverside by walk. Staff friendly and helpful.
