Impeccable customer service! We had a very short stay at Petra Plaza Hotel and we had little expectation but we were proved wrong as soon as we walked in! Very warm and friendly welcome from the staff and the hotel itself was very clean and smelling nice. The room was clean and the mini bar drinks were free + some snacks which was a very nice touch! We left early in the morning and didn't get the chance to have breakfast but no doubt it would have been delicious. I would 100% recommend and would stay again!

Ideally located a couple minutes walk from the Petra Visitor’s Centre. Clean, comfortable rooms, and the rooftop pool was amazing after a long, hot day exploring Petra. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
