The hotel is located in a nice village in Luxembourg's Ardennen with lots of walking paths and varied landscapes.
The rooms are clean and well equipped. Having a restaurant at the same place was a big plus and allowed us to have a dinner right after our walk.

Although on a main road our room was at the back and very quiet and overlooking beautiful scenery. Very welcoming host.

Cosy place with a nice brewhouse type restaurant and home brewed beers 😋
Great value for money
This hotel is set in a historic 16th-century post office in Asselborn, a 10-minute drive from Clervaux. It offers an on-site bar and a restaurant, as well as a terrace.

It is a nice place, plenty of parking. Food was good, we ate in the restaurant as the pizza/pub side was fully booked.
Spacious room, very good beds. No airco so it turns rather hot in the room. Difficult to find the hotel in the dark by car because the entrance isn't on the street side but in a pedestrian area. You have to park your car on a parking lot and move further by feet.

Clervaux is cosy and has some interesting historical places to visit. Good choice of restaurants. Good basis for discovering (the northern part) of GDL. We enjoyed the proximity of Golf de Clervaux. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to explore some of the many walks through the surrounding woods and valleys.

Clervaux is very interesting: The castle; the Museum of CEBA of WWII, The church and the Monastry. For the Hotel, we recomend the Golf Hotel, 3Km out of the center of Clervaux: GOLF&COUNTRY HOTEL. Drive via Eselborn on CR 332, where you'll find the direction plate to the Golf going South on the road to "Mecher" Going around in Clervaux isn't easy. We had dinner at the Golf Hotel, very good. We wouldn't follow the NAVI by just setting the address. Best is to set Eselborn.

Hotel wicked in between hotels and the resto's of the city,...
Hotel wicked in between hotels and the resto's of the city, makes a bit funny. I would say just an ok as room was clean but cleaning personnel opened early in the morning wide open the door of my room were as I did put "do not disturb" and still was in my bed. I can tell you that wen you go completely naked to you bathroom and see that anybody in the corridor can watch the scenery! You could make a funny film of it.
It made me furious as nobody neither management presented excuses. Cleaning personnel even denied and replied that I widely opened my door during the night! Completely stupid as during the night I went to the bathroom were as everything was safely closed. I will not go there a second time!
The room and the bathroom had been completely refurbished recently so it was a good surprise because it was way nicer and modern than on the pictures of the hotel. The beds were super comfy. The staff (mainly the lady at the reception) was very nice, kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast gives a large choice. The hot stone massage I took as extra was very relaxing.
It was one of the best experience in my life. The staff was amazing, the rooms are very cosy and designed in a such welcoming way, with HIGH attention to details. The spa area and the pool are lovely. Clervaux Castle is immediately nearby, there are options to eat and even a nice bar downstairs where there are good cocktails and great atmosphere. 100% RECOMMENDED
Very nice, helpful staff. Great location in city center pedestrian area, near bus stop, and lovely hotel.
My disappointment was with castle not hotel. No castle tours, entrance, or historical information. The Man photo exhibit very nice, but could have been anywhere. Other museums closed except weekends, poor timing on my part.
The hotel is in a small auto-free zone of Clervaux, ideal for the pedestrian. My room was in one of the sections to which the hotel has expanded over the years, and as a walker with a backpack I was pleased with the elevator. The room itself was very modern and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

Very well laid out family room so that each person had private space. Many thoughtful details, like robes and special lighting above the seating area. The facilities were excellent with nice saunas and a beautiful pool.
The space was incredibly comfortable
Spacious, beautifully appointed room. Loved eating a gourmet meal with regional dishes in their restaurant. Excellent breakfast. all good organic and locally sourced. loved being in a small village near Clervaux. Appreciative if the free parking.
We did really like the pool and the sauna. Breakfast was good, and the bar was a great place for a beer in the evening. Also, the free motorcycle parking behind the hotel was very nice.
