Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place. On daytime it is ok with nice beaches and view, but without lot of caffes or restaurants, especially in the evening when you don't have too much places to go. However Budva is 10-15 minutes of driving.

The views and sunsets are amazing.
The views and sunsets are amazing.
Some lovely restaurants in Sventi Stefan itself, and a lovely pebbly beach but if you are not staying in the town you do require a car to get around as there are no pavements linking one town to the next and it's a very busy, main road. It is easy to travel by car to other nearby towns and there is a good variety of different beaches to see.

The owner of the property was incredible.
The owner of the property was incredible. She was so nice and hospitable. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat. She offered beach towels and even an umbrella we could use while we were there. The breakfast that is included is at a nearby cafe and was delicious. The view from the patio is breathtaking and the beach is a 10 minute walk, it is stairs though and that was a little tiring, but worth it. The beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. I would definitely stay here again.

There is a big beautiful beach in Sveti Stefan.
There is a big beautiful beach in Sveti Stefan. You can enjoy the view of the island. Admittedly, there are a lot of people here during the season, so we often rested on neighboring beaches, where there are fewer vacationers

We arrived late and departed early the next morning, so we didn't get the opportunity to really explore this area. We visited in anticipation of stunning scenery and were not disappointed in what little or schedule permitted.

Great place, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area.
Great place, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area. I had an amazing time, especially in september when it was less crowded. You have a bus to move arround and it is close to Budva and Kotor wich are verry beautiful towns.
The property is very nice , and very close to the beach - about 5 minutes walking . The location is beyond exceptional . There are small cafes / restaurants close by if you want to eat out . City of Budva is about 10 minutes away. Management : I have to give them the highest score of 10 as we had 12 people ages 16-23 - rowdy group - the owners had no issues with occasional noise , and teenage drama . The owners are very nice and very helpful . They will help you with information about the surrounding area too .
- The apartment is all very good, nothing of negative
- You can park the car in front of the house (you have a private slot) and it is very important because there isn't so much parking in these area
- You can go to the beach by foot: the sea in sveti stefan is fantastic!!
- The position is good if you want to visit montenegro seaside or if you want to relax a bit before going to Albania
- There are many restaurant and markets near the house and you can go there by foot
- There are two beautiful cats!
People are amazing, you have strong feeling that you at home where people care about you. Even in irregular, emergency situations! My love to Simona and whole family.
Villa with memorizing view, clean and bright. Good place to stay and learn about people, history, interesting locations, near you can find clean and cozy beaches, restaurants, small food stores, supermarket in Przno - 20 minutes walk. Definitely recommend!
We were greeted with a mimosa on arrival. The breakfast was wonderful. The patio was beautiful. The room comfortable, clean and with a view. The staff was amazingly friendly and just plain lovely from reception to the wait staff. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and there was live entertainment with a small band from Budva. Very charming experience at every step. We would love to return. Great value.
The hotel is located in a good area of Stevi Stefan, just one street up from the beach. The room was large and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom and with a balcony with great views of the main island. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a large selection of bread and pastries, meat and cheeses, yoghurt and fresh fruit, and eggs and bacon/vegetables cooked to your liking.
The location was lovely, it looks out on the Budva riviera and it away from noisy Budva but close to other towns like Sveti Stefan and Becici. We stayed in apartment 22 which had a balcony that was amazing. It was too cold to use the pool upstairs but we went up and sat there. The breakfast was great, it was in the restaurant downstairs and the their staff was ever helpful and lovely.
The place is just next to the beach, restaurants and mini market but still very calm. The views from the shared terrace are amazing and the hosts very friendly. The room is equiped with everything you need, we had breakfast in the balcony everyday. We also walked to Sveti Stefan beach, an easy and beautiful walk. Definitely recommend to stay here.
The service was really good (reception, restaurant), always taking care of our family. Best we had was the breakfast: high quality products, great variety and really tasty crepes. Portions are quite generous (1 was enough for 2 or 3 of us). Views from the terrace to Sveti Stefan are stunning, and the beach is only 5min away walking.
Excellent apartments, wonderful owners, cleaning every day, and there is a restaurant where you can have lunch, breakfast and dinner, prices are lower than in restaurants and portions are larger. You can buy good homemade wine and rakia. You need to walk down the steps to the beach for about 10 minutes.good seavoew from terrace
Great value for money, the rooms were very well equipped. There was a fridge, crockery, toiletries, beach towels and even a beach umbrella. The view from the room overlooking Sveti Stefan was really stunning. The room and premises were extremely clean and the apartment and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.
The location was optimal for beach access. Can accommodate larger groups due to the size of the apartment. Budget friendly if important. The restaurant on premises was super convenient and very decent food choices. Upper management was friendly and prompt with any requests like towels and toilet paper etc.
A bit expensive for Montenegro standards - still. The location is great and the views are wonderfull, and down the road (200m) there’s this local, fair prices restaurant that serves fresh local food with a view on the ocean. Skip the restaurant next to the hotel, where the prices are overrated.
Nice private hotel with fantastic view of Sveti Stefan. Open to visitors in 2019 and in good shape. Nice and clean air conditioned rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean beach. Fresh and crystal clear water. Can't go wrong with anything that is seafood and white wine.
We really liked the calm atmosphere, room's cleanliness, and the overall comfort at the beach, room, and restaurant area. The staff was helpful. Had dinner one night and also liked the food quality. one of the best spots facing Sveti Stefan, with a great view
Great, easy-to-find location. The host, Marijana was friendly and helpful. We loved the large balcony which had a great view of the island and the Adriatic. There are restaurants nearby and a small grocery store right next door. Perfect for families.
We liked the location and the view. The room was cleaned every day. We also enjoyed talking with the apartment owners. There are few restaurants around. Sveti Stefan has good beaches and walking roads along the coast. Relatively easy to park a car.
Breakfast had sufficient variety , but unfortunately their hot bars were keeping foods barely lukewarm . I can highly recommend the Chines restaurant which comes up with real Chinese dishes .
