Simple, clean, which is what is most important to me.
Simple, clean, which is what is most important to me. The floor to my room was vinyl plank, which I much prefer to carpet (I think it's cleaner). I only stayed for the night on my way elsewhere, but it was well located for me. There's a Tudor's Biscuit World nearby, and I love eating there everytime I pass through West VA.

It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was an excellent selection of breakfast foods(fresh fruit, bagels, 2 types of bread for toast, biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, cooked apples with cinnamon, and this was just some of what was available) and it was fresh, hot, and good. We were very pleasantly surprised at this Hotel, and we will definitely stay again when we are in Charleston!

A herd of midget league football teams were staying for a tournament at the same time so I know the hotel was livelier than usual and surely testing the staffs nerves, but overall staff handled the related chaos well, especially the evening staff who remained friendly.
