The Russ House, hotel in Tombstone

Located in Tombstone, The Russ House provides free WiFi. At the hotel, each room has a wardrobe.

The room decor was done to a high standard and lovely old furniture suited to Tombstone. The location was wonderful being right in Tombstone. There is parking outside but we were lucky to get a spot. At first we thought it a bit odd that you had to go across the road for breakfast which is included in the price but it’s in the Longhorn Saloon and turned out a nice and a good breakfast … staff friendly.

    Great historical tours.

Great historical tours. Interesting architecture in old town. Very friendly accommodating people. Typical tourist restaurants- very underwhelming. Great coffee shop in the “Undertaker’s” building. The Birdcage tour is a must. Original architecture and loads of history.

Being immersed into a frontier town was amazing. It gave a whole new perspective into how living in that time period would have felt. The old bulidings and the current vibe was wonderful. Such noce welcoming people. I enjoyed my stay!

I expected this to be kitschy but it was super fun. Incredibly well preserved Old Town, you feel like you've stepped into the set of an old Western. The stagecoach ride was very fun and informative,as were the reenactments. Great food everywhere, and surprisingly not overpriced given it's such a tourist place. Would highly recommend the Good enough mine tour as well.

IT is a great town to visit if you are interested in the history of the old west. I checked out te gun fight at the OK Coral, Ghost tours offered nightly. The food was good at Big Nose cats and the Longhorn. Museums I visted the courthouse, the Rose it has the worlds largest Rose bush. The Arizonian Rangers Museum the Bird cage as well as visited Boot hill. The shops can be pricy but I bought boots and a hat just down from the birdcage on the right hand side of the street and the prices were fair actually better than what I had looked at before my trip. I could have spent another day to experince more but I will make another trip in the future.

It was hot as heck and very sunny - bring sunscreen and weather appropriate clothing! It’s dusty and there’s lots of walking, so bring sunglasses and comfy shoes! There is so much to do there: museums, haunted houses, tours, shows, re-enactments, and so much history. What a great place! Special shout-out to the amazing food at Longhorns and the great beers at Big Nose Kate’s Saloon. Staff was so wonderful and friendly at both places too!

Need to fix the WIFI issue on the furtheress rooms. Couldn't get WIFI at all where I was at. Would drop out within 20-23 ft from the room. But rooms where nice clean. Shower was great with lots of pressure. Looking forward to using it again next year.

I know Tombstone very well. This Inn is located in walking distance to all the main sights of town. The rooms are big and cozy. The furniture gives the room a Western atmosphere. Small Inn that is not overcrowded. I will defenitely book this place again. I love the small courtyard. TV,Coffeemaker, AC and a big shower, all there:-) Location is walking distance to Courthouse museum, Big Nose Kate´s saloon, Oriental, Bird Cage Theater and so on.

Everything!!! This property is so amazing. These cabins are beautiful. The relaxing back deck, the location to Everything in Tombstone. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone stay in these cabins. Guests can call for help or information at any time, although as long as you have a good memory, I don't. You should not have to call for anything. This stay was quiet, relaxing, and extremely comfortable. Best choice ever.

You really need to rethink the rating you gave this place. I would not rate it 2 out of 5 stars. I darn near want to demand a refund. It's a total dump, I have tons of pictures and videos of the 3 differnt rooms I was in as I was moved twice because of the other rooms were faulty. I would not recommend this place to anyone and it totally ruined my trip to Tombstone. The wife's bucket list and she was not happy.

The motel is very well situated for the attractions of Tombstone. The OK Corral is no more than a 5 min walk and the town is just as close. The room was a little on the small side but appeared to have been recently refurbished. The room was clean everything worked and the bed was extremely comfortable. The car was parked right outside the room. The Wi-Fi worked to a point not the quickest but worked.

The breakfast - included in the price - was excellent, with three different options to choose from. The location, although in a big RV park and at the edge of Tombstone, is very quiet. Our cabin was quite small but had everything we needed and was clean, with some nice touches re: decoration (i.e. zinc tub turned into a bathroom shelf).

My favorite stay during our roadtrip. The rooms are done so well. The beds are comfortable. The shower was beautiful. We really liked the location of the property. Peaceful but close enough to walk to the main part of Tombstone. Chose because it's pet friendly. There is a reasonable fee upon check in.

Location- The tent was within eyesight of Tombstone’s Allen St and the view was good with some friendly goats. We also saw several deer around the property grazing. Staff- Bill responded immediately with all the questions I had and was very friendly. The location is quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is in very close proximity to the town of Tombstone. It is easy to find and has adequate parking. It is situated on top of a hill and it affords a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Location allows for easy access to Fort Huachuca for military active/retirees.
