The hotel's interior looks new and well maintained; the gym is spotless with a nice breakfast variation of food. Also, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Jirar was the one who did my check-in; he explained all the facilities and upgraded my room to a high-floor executive room.

Featuring a rooftop pool, Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai offers modern rooms. It boasts 4 restaurants and bars reflecting the journey of the great Arab explorer with tastes from around the world. Everything is absolutely amazing. The location is a bit far from the downtown and city center, but actually it was exactly what we been looking for. However there is a huge mall nearby, metro station in proximity, and only 40 min drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere in the hotel: calm, peaceful, cosy and friendly. Room is spacious and very well equipped, you literally have everything what you need for your stay. Staff at the restaurant and reception beyond any expectations, very helpful and extremely professional. We had an evening flight, so I asked about the late check out and it was provided. Absolutely brilliant service. If we would travel back to Dubai again, we would definitely consider to stay here again.

The property is very well renovated and comfortable. It has all the amenities required for a small stay and is very safe. Chiechie is wonderful and vibrant check-in and checkout manager who made us feel comfortable. This property is close to the expo city and the metro while slightly away from the tourist hub of Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa but well connected by Metro. Very well managed by Birchfort and will definitely use their service in the future.

And, here's a list of good characteristic they have: - the bathtub isn't clogged, - the bathroom is always clean, - all sheets are white and clean, - there's a large shelve for shoes, - they give instructions to every new guest about how to keep things clean, - The AC also is cold enough. All these things help to maximize your comfort. I have pains in my bones and I can tell you that their beds helps my body to relax and heal. I loved this place and will rebook it when I visit Dubai again.
