The room was amazing, super clean, beautiful modern interior , huge TV screen with all the apps you need for watching . The building was also very safe .Everything you need for a few days stay was there , if not the staff was very fast to answer and provide whatever you wanted. The location was great, 1 minute away from the metro station, a few minutes from the Vienna royal zoo and Schönbrunn garden. The neighbourhood is really safe and lovely and you’re in the Center in 20 min. All in all this was a great experience and I would book again.

The fellow at the reception desk was very helpful with regards to explaining to us how to take the Metro to get to the city centre, and also to our concert at the Schonbrunn Palace. Our beds were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. We also really enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel. It was delicious! The location was great because it was close to Schonbrunn Palace, and also very close to get to the Metro. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

There were four of us, and we all had an amazing experience during our short stay at Hotel An Der Wien. From the moment of our arrival, we were met with kindness, understanding, and exquisite hospitality. We had a long flight, came to Vienna quite early in the morning, and we were thoroughly exhausted. The lady at the reception was so kind to let us have an early check-in. And the lady in the restaurant went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The location is great as well, just a short walk to the metro. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Thank you very much for everything!

Although it is automated building (no reception or face to face contact with the host), in case of any question you might have, you get clear response almost immediately!
