From the moment we spoke to the lovely staff at reception to the moment we departed we were overwhelmed by the customer service the staff gave us. Please forward our utmost regards to all staff for their friendly assistance in all areas of the beautiful Grand Hyatt. We experienced High Tea and again the service from the lovely staff was impeccable and the food was absolutely beautifully presented and lovely and fresh.

The Westin Melbourne is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD, just 2 minutes' walk from Federation Square, Flinders Street and Bourke Street Mall. Perfect, very convenience and close to attraction places. Tram stations just a few minutes walk. Staffs are nice and friendly. Room is big, clean and comfortable.

Situated in the heart of central Melbourne, just 200 metres from Bourke Street Mall, ibis Budget - Melbourne CBD offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The staff was great help, was running late to the airport, and the guy at the registration helped to book a Taxi ASAP. Great location. For my business trip was excellent.

The hotel locate right opposite the southern cross train station and also near to tram station. The location is exceptional! Also, the room was well-cleaned. Also, the staff are welcoming.
