I forgot to request a baby cot and called the reception very late in the evening and the just the same I was provided with a baby cot within a couple of minutes. Definitely my expectations were exceeded! Thank you so much for making our stay excellent

L’easyHotel Zürich City Centre se trouve dans le quartier multiculturel du 4ème arrondissement de Zurich, à proximité de nombreux bars et restaurants. I like the concept of this hotel. It's really "easy hotel" :) Staff answered all my online questions in the fast manner. I like the fact that it was really easy to do checkin, to use luggage lockers, and to get all information at the online checkin desk. Price was good for what you get. It's located in the nice area, close to the main train station and city center, so you can reach main lamdmarks by foot. It was clean.

Convenience store and restaurants right around the corner, which is great. East communication with the host, gorgeous city and we really enjoyed the stay
