Everything was great, the service indeed only good and the staff very friendly. The hotel’s director Pablo was very friendly and explained to my dad all room possibilities to my dad. He also welcome us very well. We will definitely go back every time we come back to Madrid. The location is perfect not so far from the historical center and next to the el Retiro park, yet calm enough to be able to relax!

This stylish boutique hotel is located next to Madrid’s Retiro Park, 250 metres from Puerta de Alcalá. Wow just wow, I stayed together with my family (2 adults 2 kids) for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. The room is big and clean and comfortable. The location is more than perfect, a walk from every thing you need to see when you are staying I’m Madrid most importantly is that the retiro park is latterly next to the hotel. The team was super friendly and welcoming.
