Fabulous property with modern upgrades and a touch of old-world charm. Bed is comfortable, plenty of plugs, bathroom is immaculate. Having the restaurant/pub on site made dinner easy to plan. We had the food in the restaurant two nights in a row and it was delicious. Breakfast options were more like a continental breakfast (not included in room fee). Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and super helpful with all things. Room and bathroom were lovely, as well as clean and comfortable. And you must eat in the restaurant, amazing!

Boasting a restaurant, Pickford’s Hotel and Restaurant with Rooms is set in Penarth. Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and a terrace. Free WiFi is available. Beautiful location, staff were all really friendly and accommodating, great breakfast. Will def be returning. Thanks to Sid and his family and staff!

Village Hotel Cardiff is 4 miles from Cardiff’s lively city centre and the Cardiff Bay area. It has free Wi-Fi, and a restaurant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They provided dairy-free and gluten-free alternatives at breakfast. The bed and duvet were super comfy and we had a great sleep. The pool facilities were lovely and the jacuzzi was a lifesaver after a freezing cold day out. There was plenty of parking. The bar and restaurant had 2 huge screens and a few cinema chairs, which made it great fun to watch the football there.
