Price was good comparing others in London ..so much more expensive. But this hotel has good location, easy for metro, bus to Stratford station which is main to go somewhere in london. I want to praise this hotel staffs everyone who worked for our stays, morning, night shift staffs. Very kind, helpful! Pay attention to customer needs. Breakfast was excellent, unlimited coffee and water,lemon water.. staff who cooked inside for breakfast he was doing great, kept checking food and cook fresh sausage, potato and supply. .all we enjoyed made our tired trip to be relaxed here. Rooms clean!

I had a flight cancelation, they even allowed me to stay after checkout working in the business lounge. Highly recommended

Situato nel cuore delle Docklands londinesi, a 7 minuti a piedi dal centro conferenze ExCel e a 1,8 km dal London City Airport, l'Holiday Inn Express London - ExCel offre la connessione WiFi gratuita... Everything! After an 18-hour flight, we arrived 5 hours before check-in time but were allowed to check in immediately without any extra cost. We were also offered a late check-out free of charge. The staff were all very friendly, especially Alp, the receptionist. We will come back, and we definitely recommend it!
