The location was great just near the bakerloo line, am okay breakfast Nice size rooms , quiet location got groceries near and some cafe They also got a laundry room which was a nice to use for free.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The staff was great. The receptionists Patricia Mary and Gela were very helpful and exceptional hosts and made our stay most memorable, including a birthday cake in our room, thank you all! The room was clean and bright, Viorica from housekeeping is doing o great job. Alexandra from the breakfast is very professional and very kind. The inginer from the maintenance 11th floor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic job Michael and Alfred from concierge ! Ahmed from Spa and swimming pool is very friendly and professional! The staff from the Florentine Trattoria was really nice! Manuello and Abdoul very professional! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast and excellent hospitality! I definitely will come back!

Excellent location, just outside Waterloo station. Booked the twin room with Shower. Room was a good size. Beds were comfy. Had a desk and chair in the room with tea and coffee making facilities (the coffee was very good and were special coffee bags). The bathroom was a good size and the shower was powerful. The rooms were cleaned every day. We met the housekeeping girls and they were very friendly and did a good job. Breakfast was included in the price and it was incredible. There was a continental buffet and cooked breakfast made to order. The smashed avocado, tomatoes, and poached eggs on sourdough bread was incredible and I had almost every day. The eggs Benedict was fresh with gorgeous hollandaise sauce. Breakfast was busy with people yet we didn’t have to wait too long for food. The breakfast staff were lovely and caring and one of the managers/owners was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. With the amount of people at breakfast and the fact the rooms are above a busy pub, I was expecting the hotel to be noisy but I didn’t hear anything. We had the window open and there was only minimal noise heard from outside. We had a morning flight to London and an evening flight home and there was no extra charge to store the bags before check in and after check out. Hotel guests also get discount in the pub which we used once too! Highly recommend this hotel and we will DEFINITELY be back.

Directly opposite the hotel lies Salamanca Street station. Additionally, Tate Britain is situated in close proximity to the hotel.

In diesem historischen 5-Sterne-Hotel, das Ihnen einen Pool bietet, können Sie fantastische Aussicht auf den Big Ben und die Themse genießen. Die Lage war ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Nahe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und der U-Bahn. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Sicht von meinem Bett aus auf den Big Ben. In der Nacht hörte man ihn leise schlagen. Es war ausserdem schön, bei jeder Rückkehr von den netten Portiers begrüsst zu werden.
