The staff is super professional, helpful, and friendly! Breakfast was great as well. Room is more than enough for what you need. They provide several things in the room and ensure you have what you need daily! The location was amazing, the hotel is directly in front of a bus stop, and the whole neighborhood is so nice for your stay in the city.

The location is in the best neighborhood in Newcastle. There are incredible parks nearby and a huge cathedral. Very neat. Also the room is large, everything is clean. It has a kettle and supply of tea and coffee. Recommend.

Enjoy renowned, warm Geordie hospitality at this privately owned and personally operated family hotel, just minutes from the city centre. Free parking is available but with limited availability! The rooms were very clean and modern, and the beds were comfy. Our room had a great view at the park on the other side of the street. There are bus stops and a metro station nearby, so getting to the city centre is no hassle at all. Free parking right out the door was great as well. Newcastle surprised us with its beauty and vast nightlife. Definitely recommending a visit to Newcastle when doing a roundtrip through England. We would be happy to stay here anytime again.
