Absolutely wonderful stay at sofia resort. From the moment we walked in we were greeted very professionally, and everything was explained about the rooms and facilities. Christos went above and beyond to ensure we were catered for. The staff in general were very friendly and helped with every request we had. We built a personal relationship with them and can't wait to go back. The room was unreal, really amazing from the cleanliness to the size and facilities within. The bar was probably the best part, the view was amazing and Nico knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to a drink. He knows his way around a cocktail and even created a new one not on the menu just for us...(the "no name"). Not forgetting the jacuzzi, chill music and ambient lighting at night. Offering a pool with sun terrace and a snack bar, the beachfront Eliros Mare Beachfront Poem Hotel is located in Georgioupolis Village. We had an amazing time in Eliros! Everything in here is more than you can imagine !! The design, the rooms, food!!!, the staff, Kids club, the entertainment and activities. Beach, pool, we have no words! Also the location We booked with the hotel transportation from the air port to Eliros, one day we rented a car from a place in front of the hotel The other day we took a train to the lake The rest of the time we stayed in the hotel- having the time of our life! Only 150 meters from the beach and with local transportation at 100 meters, Anatoli Beach Hotel is located in the quiet town of Kavros, just a few kilometres from Georgioupolis. Fully agree with previous reviews - this accomodation deserves three stars at least. It's a perfect choice for holidays in Crete: - Cozy interior, garden and pool area: spacious, quite, green, well looked after. Pool 2,77 m deep! Very good for swimming. Enough sun beds and space for all guests - although hotel was always fully booked, pool area never crowded. - Location. Perfect for staying with or without a car: although Kavros is a small and quite village, bus stop (and frequent buses) to Chania or Rethymo (takes only 15min) is 100 m away. Beach, supermarket, tavernas and many options for excursions also few hundred meters away. - Food. Half-board was a good choice: meals are simple, but fresh and tasty. Dinner is predifined very evening, but if you don't like it, they can prepare something else. Stayed for 7 nights, food was different each evening. - Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you!

Una encantadora sorpresa a la platja de Georgiúpoli, entre les ciutats de Réthymnon (17km) i Canea (38km): un hotel romàntic decorat per un artista. A very nice ""alternative"" hotel artistic decorated, (totally different from most 4* hotels), with very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was very clean ,spacious with special pieces of furniture. Tip: let yourself enjoy a cocktail at the pool bar overlooking the sea ,hotel gardens and pools.

Beautiful facilities. Very welcoming staff. Room and all amenities were spotless clean. Location was excellent, since you can enjoy the very nice beach and close by little town. Would totally recommend it to anyone!

Situated just 250 metres from the beach in Kavros Village, Apollo Hotel 1 features an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace. The owner, Nikos, is awesome and always attentive, making sure that everything is to satisfaction. He and the bartender Marco made the bar by the pool a meeting place for all the guests and kept giving everyone shots on the house and playing music we liked. Breakfasts were great and the cook very friendly.

Located in the village of Kavros, Vantaris Palace offers 4-star accommodation just a few metres away from the beach. Very friendly staff. Rooms were large and well maintained. Beach was good and near the hotel.

Happy Days Hotel is a beautiful group of bungalows in the area of Kavros, in municipality of Georgioupolis, at Chania. The hotel is located straigthly on the beach. A nice environment surrounded by other hotels on the coast line. It’s really a good holiday vibe, cozy rooms, perfectly isolated from noise. A cocktail bar, a swimming pool, a beach with parasol and seats. Fresh air, fresh water, Loved it all. A big choice for breakfast and dinner buffet.
