The breakfast and overall service was excellent. We had to leave before breakfast was available, so the staff arrange a breakfast tray for us at 7am. Also appreciated the added security that someone was always at the desk to hold keys and the doors downstairs were locked. Bathroom was beautiful’ loved the shower. The additional service provided for the extra money we spent (compared to other hotels on our trip) was very noticeable and great value.

Arte' Boutique Hotel is situated in Florence, within 200 metres of Accademia Gallery. This hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. The location is amazing, just 4 mins walk from the Duomo. The breakfast is great, not buffet but they bring to the table everything you ask. Honestly, the best thing was the great service and assistance from the staff, they are very kind and helpful.

Great location and helpful staff! Leonardo helped us book restaurants before we arrived, and has been super helpful during our stay. It’s my 6th time in Florence, tried different, nice hotels before and Davanzati still shines (I’d say 90% because of friendly staff). Breakfast was very good, afternoon tea and happy hour to quench thirst, everything’s just perfect. Let alone I got the Suite with a balcony. A definitely happy memory in my favorite travel destination Firenze!

The main benefits - comfort, safe, beautiful and cosy - you feel like at home (but like hundred years ago in high society of Florence)! Especially want to tell "Thank you very much!" for lady on reception - from my point of view that how should be ideal Hotel manager - very friendly, nice and sympathetic - it was a pleasure to communicate and interact with her! And Hotel is on high standard of everything - really pleasant to stay here.
