The main benefits - comfort, safe, beautiful and cosy - you feel like at home (but like hundred years ago in high society of Florence)! Especially want to tell "Thank you very much!" for lady on reception - from my point of view that how should be ideal Hotel manager - very friendly, nice and sympathetic - it was a pleasure to communicate and interact with her! And Hotel is on high standard of everything - really pleasant to stay here.

Gracious, informative and helpful. You should give him a raise. Staff like him are rare and they should be cultivated!

Everything about the Room especially the size, The hotel service is the absolute best. The hotel location is great. Quiet and in a great city location. The room location within the hotel was great. The breakfast is very good.

They also really looked after us and with it being my 40th birthday I really appreciated that extra attentiveness. Super clean as well! And the hotel restaurant on the top floor with the view of Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo are reason enough to stay there.
