The room was large and spacious. Very new and flashy rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect as it was close to ferry terminals and not in the busy part of Venice.

Excellent staff. We arrived at 11pm one night as a last minute booking due to our booked apartment being under construction. The staff were very helpful and it was a relief to be somewhere modern and clean. I usually like to stay in authentic accommodation but after the bad experience I had with my original booking I think I will stick to reputable hotels such as this in the future.

Great location in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to the water bus stop, and easy to walk to the other side of the channel to access Saint Mark's Square. The hotel is modern and nice, the room was quiet, warm, and clean, with a comfortable bed and we had a very nice view from the window. It was good to have a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. The breakfast was exceptional.

Excellent place. Queen size bed was separate, there wasn't one top mattress. Really nice atmosphere. Tableware were authentic. Furniture style was super excellent, secretariat - superduper!
