Have 7-8 onsen at hotel. 5 private with no need reservation and Open air bath is superb. Only 4 room at hotel so it is very private

El Okyakuya, construido en 1722, está situado en el distrito histórico del distrito de Kurokawa Onsen. Food was awesome and they were accomodating towards our preferences. The futons were extremely fluffy and comfortable. We had the river room and the spacious room and amazing view was phenomenal. Super memorable stay with super attentive and friendly staff. The baths were fun and had great history to them. I think it's a sodium chloride spring with some sulfur content for the most part and I think there's another spring that's slightly different. They also swap around the baths morning/evening so that the guests can enjoy different ones!

El Kurokawa Onsen Yama no Yado Shinmeikan cuenta con 5 baños termales, entre los que se incluye un baño cueva de 30 metros de largo. We spent 3 nights at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nihonbashi Kayabacho hotel after arriving in Japan (There is another Fresa Inn in the area, so make sure this is where you have your reservation). It is a relatively modern, functional hotel sometimes referred to as a business hotel.  The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small as is typical in Tokyo but very clean and functional.  The hotel is convenient to Tokyo station (20 minutes walking as a reference). After arriving on the Narita Express or by others means to Tokyo station, follow signs to the Tozai line (sky blue) subway. The easiest way to know which direction to go is to look at the numbers representing the stops.  The Tokyo station stop at Otemachi is T-9 and you want to go to T-7 Kayabacho. Leave the Kayabacho subway station via Exit 7 and the hotel is just around the corner.  From Kayabaco or the nearby Nihonbashi station, you can get all around Tokyo on the highly efficient subway system.  Use a Suica, Welcome Suica or Pasmo card to enter and exit subways and avoid the hassle of figuring out which ticket to buy or how much they coat. Just tap and go.  Enjoy. Kokura,Onsen EXPERIENCE JAPAN LIKE THE JAPANESE We decided to spend a couple of days in central Kyushu to enjoy a traditional Japanese ryokan experience. Boy, was that a great call! I88We stayed at the Yama no Yado Shinmeikan  in the Kokura Onsen area, which is an hour north of Aso city by bus. The ryokan is 130 years old but is clean and well-maintained. It features a total of 5 unique onsens, including one carved into a cave.  The ambiance is terrific and the staff is super friendly and helpful.  The ryokan is located along a flowing river and the sound of running water adds to the relaxing quality of the stay.  (The Fuji room is best). All accommodations are traditional Japanese tatami rooms which are made up for sleep each night by the staff as you enjoy the onsen baths.

El Oku no Yu Ryokan está situado junto al río Tanohara, en un entorno natural tranquilo en la zona de aguas termales de Kurokawa Onsen, y ofrece alojamiento con encanto de estilo japonés y diversos... Such an amazing stay! The staff is lovely, and the service was exceptional. The scenery was amazing! I am definitely coming back here!!!

Located in the centre of Kurokawa Onsen, Oyado Noshiyu offers outdoor and indoor hot-spring baths, Japanese-style accommodations and a traditional teahouse. Best meal service I ever had. 板橋-Chan was so helpful even she is not fluent in English. She even took care of my mum who has allergy.

El Nanjoen está situado en el centro de la zona de Kurokawa Onsen y cuenta con un total de 8 baños termales cubiertos y al aire libre. wondering services, great location, very traditional room and clean and neat, the onsen inside the room is excellent

El Ryokan Wakaba, situado en una zona montañosa tranquila, ofrece alojamientos de estilo japonés y cuenta con amplios baños termales cubiertos y al aire libre, rodeados por una vegetación exuberante. Sencillamente sensacional. Kōkō estaba allí pendiente para todo lo que necesitábamos y hablaba en inglés. Nos recogieron y nos dejaron en la parada del autobús con una furgoneta para transporta las maletas. Las instalaciones superlimpias, habitación muy espaciosa y unos buenos baños. Repetiría en una futura estancia en Japón

El Ryokan Ichinoi, situado a solo 5 minutos a pie del centro de la zona de aguas termales de Kurokawa, ofrece alojamientos de estilo japonés con batas japonesas yukata. High chance of getting the onsen to yourself (hotel guests only in the evenings, and there are probably less than a dozen rooms). And it's a very nice indoor+outdoor onsen! Huge traditional breakfast in private little booths was amazing.

Kurokawa Mori No Kiki se encuentra en el barrio de Kurokawa Onsen, en Minamioguni, a 41 km de Monte Aso y a 49 km de Lago Kinrinko. We travelled to Kurokawa onsen Mori No Ki Ki by driving from Kumamoto, it took us about 2 hr. The staff (or the owner) was so kind and willing to facilitate and keen to support us nicely. We were so much impressed and appreciated. The house was so clean, the onsen was good. Home made bread was excellent. We suggest the visitor should come before the evening as to see the sign clearly. The sign showing the accommodation name a bit small comparing to the others, so you may miss when it is dark. The rest are excellent, if you like peace and relax with warm heart, you may like this one.
