I liked how friendly and helpful the host, Mr. KiHo Lee and his mom (They operate the guesthouse) were. From the second my family and I arrived, Mr. Lee assisted us with all of our bags and helped us arrange transportation for the following day. Mr. Lee’s mom made a wonderful breakfast the following morning, which offered quite a bit of variety. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The location is close to Hongik University and the Hongik University Metro stop. The area is vibrant with many restaurants, bars, and shopping to offer. My family and I look forward to the next time we can stay at the Good Guesthouse.

This accommodation has a great location - it's both quiet and central. It's not too far from the subway station, and there are plenty of options for eating out and grabbing coffee nearby. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The hosts are super friendly, and the variety of Korean-style breakfast is absolutely delicious!

The place made us feel totally at home. Great space for 5 people. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay, there were night where we were just comfortable hanging out at home, instead of going out. Location near hong dae was very convenient, we could walk or take a short bus ride to hongik uni station. The owner of the place even came by to give us some fruits and check on our stay.

The apartment was perfect for a family of four and was so central to everything. It was close to the action - Hongdae Street - and yet in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of modern and traditional Korean eateries and cafes. Hongik Univ Station was only a 5-10 min walk and it's a major interchange station to the Airport Railroad and other lines. Our host was very responsive, friendly and hospitable. Small touches such as complimentary umbrellas, plenty of towels and a cold/hot water filter made our stay comfortable. It was a first visit to Korea as a family and because we had such a positive experience, when we return we want to stay at Kbook9 again. Definite recommend.

I stayed here 3 nights and wish I had stayed longer! The accommodation is mostly self check in and is fairly quiet for a hostel, but it's extremely affordable and super clean and cozy. My airline lost my baggage and the owner here also helped me arrange delivery of luggage from the airport. Great stay!

I like the fact that I can leave my luggage early and the host has facilitated well for me to check in. As I brought my mother and siblings - very convenient and helpful. The heater worked well during the changing weather too.

We were also able to cook adobo!!! 💯 There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, etc nearby. Plus, the owner, Jun, is so friendly plus points for him because he loves the Philippines! ❤️🇵🇭
