When you enter the hotel, you can feel a comfortable atmosphere. The decorations are really cozy and distinctly Peruvian. The staff members are kindness personified. I had a bout of altitude sickness, and they took care of me with a warm heart, showing genuine concern for my condition. The breakfast was also excellent! The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Additionally, when we went to Machu Picchu, we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel. If I ever visit Cusco again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I will always remember the warm-hearted staff. Thank you so much.

The best part of the stay is undoubtedly Ana, the owner. She is welcoming, friendly, attentive, proactive and kind. She helped me organising my tours and followed up to ensure I was picked up on time and I was happy with the experiences. She was ready with fruit to go when I had an early tour and was kind to offer advice when I had any question about Cusco. The rooms are well kept and hot packs are provided at night when the temperature descends. The location is centric, two small blocks from the main square and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel also arranged pick up from the airport and drop off. It was full service!

Boasting a garden, a shared lounge as well as a terrace, Hotel Valle Andino is situated in the centre of Cusco, 1.4 km from Wanchaq Train station. We extended our stay so this review will appear twice. Great stay, the room was lovely - great sized, comfy bed, lots of covers for cold nights. Shower was always hot (run for 5 mins before using). Breakfast was great. People who own the hotel are super nice. We got washing done twice and it was reasonably priced and completed quickly. Taxi was easily arranged through Hotel for arriving and leaving. We ended up extending our stay.
